      I hired Bekins/Wheaton to move all of our personal belongings to our new home with no issues. But dealing with this company has been a disaster.....my pickup did not happen on the scheduled day that was confirmed. It took 10 days to deliver to our new home and that was after I called to find out where the stuff was! Everything that did arrive was ransacked and/or damaged. New furniture has been damaged and moving containers that were sealed shut (zip-tied) were no longer sealed upon delivery, showing signed they had been ransacked. Zip-ties have were cut and were laying on the floor of the moving truck. I was told by the PA ****** tough luck and to file a claim with their claims department, and was threatened if I didn't pay they send me to collections. They had no remorse for the failure their team did. Damaged furniture, missing items, privacy violated as our containers were broken into. Yet *****/******* does not care one bit about what happened. They won't return calls after leaving several messages. This company is a scam and full of frauds. They outsource their moves to 3rd party companies (***********) and don't inform you that they have done so, resulting in theft and property damages! And all anyone from Bekin/Wheaton will do is point the finger and blame us for what their company and movers did. It has been 15 days since our move and still no one from this company has returned any of my calls.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Upon review of this complaint ********, it is unclear why the BBB filed a complaint against Bekins/Wheaton with Grainger. This is not correct, and should not reflect on Grainger at all.
