    I contracted with American Roof Preservers (ARP) in 2021 to clean and coat my roof. In 2023, I called to complain that the coating had washed off and left the roof looking poorly. ***'s representative visited my home and said that there was no warranty. In 2024, I asked again and representative visited home and said there was no warranty, and they would not work on roof. I called ARP and asked to speak to someone other than the representative since I feel their product should be warranted as stated in their product container. Over the course of 2 weeks beginning about 5/1/2024, I kept getting promises someone would call. It is now 5/30/2024, and I still have not received a call back.I also called the coating company, CedarRenew ***************), which is located at the same address as ARP but also never received a call back.I feel I have a legitimate warranty claim, but ARP will not respond back to me.Thank you *********************

    We have done everything per our contract with ***.  Everything was done in a workmanship-like manner and in the terms and conditions it states:  It is specifically understood by the customer that the coloration of the roof may change over time after treatment, and that such a change of coloration is natural.


    Certain conditions change the coloration of the roof faster than normal:  Steep roofs, very shallow roofs, and shaded areas. This is all normal.  


    We have responded to *** when has reached out to us. Attached are the phone records for ***, who did the inspection, and ***** our operations manager.

    I am rejecting this response because:  My complaint is that the coating washed off in less than 2 years.  I expected the coating to have a life longer than 2 years.

    Regarding the phone log, I never received a phone call back or message left regardless of what the phone log states.  In the attached text messaging between ***** and I during the period of 5/8/2024 thru 5/13/2024, I stated I had not received a call and offered to call ***** if provided the phone number.  The phone number was never provided.
