I've already spent a lot of time writing a review on ****** and I don't want to write more. Let's summarize briefly: their staff doesn't understand how to provide proper service. I dont care if they say Im lying about the whole situation now, maybe the way they see it they think it is the correct thing to do. So whatever.

I cant even express how disgusted I am as a First Time Customer at this establishment! After what *** experienced here I am absolutely disturbed & furious. Im only taking the time to create this review to stand up for the many legal ****************** that have experienced discrimination with Range at 355. To be ignored upon entering a non-busy place of business patiently waiting for service from 1 of 3+ employees & to feel an absolute clear vibe that Im not welcome or wanted there is unacceptable. Keep in mind that I am a young ******* American that has experienced/witnessed 26 years of racism & know it when I see it whether the profiling was straight forward, discreet or dumbed down to ensure no consequences. I realize many companies use their policies/rules to justify their prejudice acts just so they can treat us however they want. I was provoked, threatened & gas lit. When I opened up about it, I was then told to leave because Now youre making up lies. There was not & still isnt any reason for me to lie on this matter. All I wanted was to take my girl to the closet range possible & have a good time. Instead I was profiled, disrespected, gas lit & told I wont get my money back afterwards. Furthermore, Its very upsetting for me to have to had to the many bad reviews on this company in regards to discrimination at Range at 355. Absolutely pitiful! P.s I was disrespected, threatened & handled poorly by ***** (Safety Manager) over me simply not realizing I didnt have eye protection on after my restroom run Also I was given an email to reach out to ***** instead of the HR or Corporate Numbers I requested. Hope this was helpful not only to people of color but to anyone who is against this type of behavior from any staff or company. Thanks

We have video proof of ******************** visit to our range including all his safety violations.

He was helped by our store manager within 2 minutes of entering our building. It was explained to **************** that he must wear eye and ear protection while on the range, he purchased safety glasses and ear plugs.

**************** violated many of the basic gun safety rules as well as our own range rules. He took his firearm out of the booth and was pointing the firearm in unsafe directions. He flagged several of the shooters in the range with his firearm. When he was reminded to put on his safety glasses, he ignored our range safety officer (***). Our *** then asked **************** to leave the range as he was violating our safety rules. **************** then began an aggressive behavior by stepping right into our ***'s personal space and yelling in this face. This is unacceptable behavior for anybody to be acting anywhere let alone a firearm range. One of the shooters left the range because of ******************** outburst. **************** then started complaining to all of our customers that were on the range and then threw his ammunition down range.

**************** then left the range complaining to the store manager and stating that the *** said that he was going to attack **************** (the exact words can not be put in this response due to BBB language filter). Our *** never said those words but **************** kept insisting that he had. Since **************** was still in an agitated state and would not talk respectfully to our store manager, he was asked to leave the store. When he asked for our HR department he was informed that he should contact our general manager which happened to off site at the time. **************** never did contact me about the incident.

Our store has a very diverse customer base and will not stand for someone claiming that we are racist. Any person doing what **************** did on our range no matter what race would be asked to leave the range.
