    December 2024: Purchased from Bull Valley Ford 2024 Bronco Sport Outer Banks.January 27, 2025: Malfunctioning instrument display, the service department could not find any issues and sent the car back home. February 3, 2025: Continuing same issue with instrument panel; service said it was the terminal display, installed new one and said vehicle was fixed. February 7, 2025: Instrument panel is worse than before. Took vehicle back to service and after a week with no update from Bull Valley, we contacted ***** ***** at Bull Valley service to get an update. ***** advised a wiring harness was needed and he hoped that would fix the problem. But he said none in stock and he could not get hold of one from surrounding dealers. Said he placed a emergency order for it. After several days passed with no updates from *****, we contacted him again, only to find out that he really had no idea when the wiring harness would be available. February 22, 2025: We had to contact ***** again for updates, but he said he still has no idea and part is still on back order., and my brand new vehicle is still sitting in the shop with no end in sight. We were provided a loaner but I am making payments for a brand new vehicle that Ive hardly been able to drive!! The loaner doesnt have the features I am paying for! I wanted to be able to use my remote start for the cold weather as well as other features in my vehicle that enable me to work out of my vehicle (ie: virtual meetings and appointments, etc). I think this vehicle is a lemon. **** cannot even promise me that the wiring harness is going to resolve the problem!!! Im sick about all this and its causing me so much stress.

    We did speak with ******** about next steps with ****************** to see if there is a possibility of financial assistant or possibly a buy back, if the part does not become available from ****.  This is an issue that Bull Valley is working with **** on to repair the vehicle with the guidance of what steps **** wants us to take.

    I am rejecting this response because: my car is still in the shop and will be a month in service next week and they just told me two days ago they have no idea when the part will get in or if it will even fix the issue!!  Said it could be a month or more.  I want my monies appropriately refunded for this vehicle.   And these folks want me to report my concerns to **** these people at **** who work there represent **** and should handle consumers accordingly.  02/28/25

    I have talked to ******** and told her who she needs to contact at ******************. She has not done that yet, as she has advised she is speaking with her attorney. She asked for a copy of the repair order which we did provide to her. The customer is requesting a refund in this complaint she opened, however that would need to go through ******************. ******** also mentioned she may contact the dealer she purchased the car from, as it was not bought from Bull Valley Ford. We are only trying to repair the vehicle for her. We have explained we are at the mercy of the part manufacturer for the wiring harness **** told us the car needs. As of now there is not *** for that part.

    *** ******* (sp) did talk to me and did advise me to contact the manufacturer, ****. I was not aware of the procedure to report my concerns on this vehicle so *** helped me to understand that. And, actually, Bull Valley Is doing what they can to try to fix the vehicle. However, they are not confident when or if it will get fixed. In light of that, I have begun the process for, hopefully, a resolution with **** and I will wait and see what they will do.

    I am indeed beyond frustrated and sad that I am paying for a car I cannot drive. But I do appreciate that Bull Valley has provided me a loaner and, hopefully, a part will be available and it will resolve the problem, or **** will agree to take it back

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    Hi, I have attached a full detailed description of the issue with the vehicle I bought at Bull Valley Ford. I have had transmission issues ever since I have had it, and I am still having issues after 4 appointments, and talking with corporate. All service documents, receipt of purchase, and arbitration agreement attached. Thanks in advance,*******

    we have spoken to ************** at length about a resolution. We Told him there was no warranty history of any transmission or other issues with the truck from the first owner. We also explained it was over 10K miles of ************** driving the truck before his first warranty claim. We also expressed we want to help him with the vehicle and would do the following as a good will gesture. Bull Valley Ford would pay for an extended powertrain warranty on his truck of 7 years 100k miles from the original in-service date. That would add 2 years and 40k miles to the factory powertrain to give him piece of mind that the trucks transmission would be covered. The other option we gave him was to trade the truck in towards something else. If he does that the current trade value is $33k, and Bull Valley Ford would give him an extra $3k above and beyond that towards a trade in for a total value of $36K. we have sent him some new vehicles to review and gone over the options and are waiting on his response. If he does decide to keep it, we would activate the extended coverage immediately as well as schedule service for the vehicle to try to verify and fix the concern. Attached is the warranty claims for the truck since it was new. ************** bought the truck on 11-16-2021 with ****** miles. We are hopeful to help ************** resolve his issue with his vehicle ASAP.
