    I hired them to build a retaining wall and to repair some existing seated walls surrounding a patio and and entrance. The retaining wall was built and is fine, the seated wall work is complete and is fine but during the disassemble of the seated wall the wiring for lights in that wall was cut. I didn't realize the lighting in the wall was not working until several days later after i had paid for the project. I tried for 2 weeks to get in touch with the ******* who ran the job ******** and finally got him on the phone. He agreed to stop by to look at the problem 2 weeks ago on a Saturday. He did not show up and did not call or text. Since then i have texted him and called his phone and his office and left messages with no response.

    ***************************** did hardscape work on our house for a cost of $33,000 in March of 2022. There is stone piece that is falling apart on front entrance of house. We would like this to be replaced. I have sent text messages and phone calls however he does not return our call. If he does not replace the damaged stone, I would like reimbursement of the entire project. I am disappointed because he guaranteed that I would be "completely satisfied". I appreciate your help.*****************
