    I received service. 2020/2021I paid my first half. When they came to service me in summer the worker did a half job. He didnt spray my whole yard. He just stood in middle and did the center. I was getting weeds everywhere else in my yard. I called to complain the service want done correctly l. They sent another worker on the second service date and same issue. I called an complained again and they sent another worker out to redo. The 3rd time same issue so I called complained and canceled. I just got a collections in mail saying they canceled on me for non payment and I owe them money. I contacted the collector who stated I owe because of my services before I canceled. I contacted the company and they stated they can find any records in their system of the issues I was having and that I didnt cancel. They canceled me because of non payment which is false. Now this is a **** on my credit on top of having to buy my own products and service my own yard because the professional who came didnt know how to do it correctly

    We tried sending multiple statements to customer.  With no response from them.  We have taken the actions requested by the customer and got it removed from her credit report.  Please see attached documents verifying that this was done.  Thanks.  If anything else is needed please let me know.
