    On Jan 26, **** ************ Cyberghost has charged my paypal account for a subscription that I got in 2020, never really used and I canceled it in 2021, so I thought, but they have still been taking money out of my account.They make it impossible to cancel online- you have to do it through email. also when you call their ************ customer service number, there is no one to talk to, they refer you to email and that is the only way you can cancel or request a refund.

    Date of Transaction: 12/23/2023 Cash they took without ANY service provided: ***** Service: Supposed to get a VPN service. Nature of dispute: NO SERVICE EVER PROVIDED Dispute settle by company: NO, i get automated emails when I try to resolve. NO RESOLVE Accnt: Receipt #****-7437 They are advertising full refund for 45 days no question asked. Guess they no question part is right.. just NO communication what so ever. BE WARNED, YOU WILL HAVE ALL KINDS OF PROBLEMS WITH THESE FOLKS !!!!

    This company has an auto-renewal that doesn't send you any notification nor allowance to reverse an auto-renewed account should you decide to end their services. Here is their support reply when asked to reverse an auto-renew that I was only aware once it posted on my bank account:"Please note that all subscriptions and plans are paid upfront and there is no option to reverse it."To not have this ability, when many better subscription service allow this refund, especially when the customer may not use nor was aware any more of their services is bad practice.

    I tired the. service . It had a 14 day refund guarantee. I canceled within an hour . Company is unresponsive and is not issuing refund

    I contacted the company to cancel the service as of 9/11 and to refund the rest of my money. They have not responded. The *** simply doesn't work for me. I ALWAYS have to turn it off to do anything, which defeats the purpose of having it.

    many years ago, I signed up for one year service... without any notification or warning, they renewed me for a multiple year contract, AND charged me... I was very upset, but used the service at the time, so I kept it... BUT, I opted out of auto renew... or so I thought... last week without notification or warning, they renewed me again, AND charged me $99 thru my PayPal... when I contacted PayPal, they said I had a "pattern" of payments, so they didn't issue a refund... PayPal wouldn't hear anything else beyond my initial complaint... I then tried going into my cyber ghost online account, but found I have been frozen out of it... HOW can I access my accounts and make changes, or CANCEL if I can't even get in?... I tried calling ************, who billed my PP on behalf of cyber ghost, but only got a recording, and eventually, disconnected... this is not fair... a company should not be allowed to automatically renew, AND charge someone without prior notification and consent... I NO longer want their service, and I WANT my $99 charged back to my PayPal account... PLEASE help me resolve this... if I can't get my $99 back, then at least PLEASE make them acknowledge my cancelled contract, and that I will NO LONGER be automatically renewed AND charged EVER again!!!... I THANK YOU in advance for any help you can offer me, and look forward to a response..

    I signed up with cyberghost for VPN service plus anti virus (24 month plan). I got 2 emails from them. 1 was an invoice with no instructions on how to install anything and the other was to download something called restoro. Which is a scam. I did a live chat and the person would not help me. I then asked for a refund and cancel and they won't respond. This company is a scam and I need a refund and confirmation I will never get charged again. Thanks.

    I want to cancel with CyberGhost, but there's no way provided for that.
