    On December 17, 2022, we hired MVB Transportation Services **** as an Independent Contractor to perform several deliveries on our behalf in the Southeastern ** area. *************************, Owner and President of MVB Transportation Services *** agreed to complete the work on December 17th 2022. On the morning of December 17th 2022, ************************* contacted our business phone via text message at 6:23am local time. *************** indicated that he was out of fuel and would require a fuel advance of $100.00 to fill his trucks tank. At approximately 6:54am local time, we issued a Venmo transfer in the amount of $100.00 USD to ***************. (Transaction ID available upon request). At 7:16am local time, *************** indicated that he was not picking up deliveries yet, because his helper refused to work without advance payment. At 7:22am local time, we issued *************** a Venmo transfer in the amount of $140.00USD as an advance to pay for his helper so that he could complete the agreed work. At 7:25am local time, *************** confirmed via text message that he had received both transfers. At 7:41am I reached out to *************** for an update. At 7:46am, *************** replied that he was pulled over for speeding but would be back on the road shortly. This was the last communication we received from ***************. *************** did not complete the work agreed and has not paid us back in full or partial for the pay advances that we issued him and his company, MVB Transportation Services ***.
