    I placed a pickup order for a cheeses pizza, pepperoni pizza and bread sticks at the **** location on April 7th at around 5pm on their app. I paid through the app and was given a link to a track to see when my pizza would be done so I could go pick it up. I checked after 30 minutes and it was showing in the oven. I checked in another ************************** the oven. I checked again ************************************** the oven. I assume something is wrong with the tracker so I drive to the location to check and see if its done. I ask the employee there and they dont have my anything for my order. I show them the app with my confirmation and the tracker theyre confused because they dont have an order for me and told me Id have to call their support #. It was closed that night already but I call the next day and they apologize for the error and say theyll refund me BUT they can ONLY do refunds by having the store manger go to the store to process it at the location. They tell me Ill be contacted within 2 days by the manager to confirm my refund. I wait 3 days and dont get a call. I call back to support they apologize again and promise a call this time, 2 days pass no call. I call support back ask to speak to a supervisor they swear theres no other way to do a refund except with the store manager and they will call me back this time within 2 days. 2 days pass again no call.

    I placed 2 orders for pickup on 1/7/23 (transaction reference #********* and #*********. When I arrived at the listed location the store was closed with the lights off and there were 2 cars trying to find employees. I waited until 7:35-7:40 after calling the store and still getting no answer. That night I wrote to Little Caesars stating what happened and I have yet to receive any correspondence on the status of my refund and to rectify this matter. I have also attached a photo from the drive-thru attempting to find employees below.
