    We purchased a 2011 ***** accord LX white from villas auto sales. We paid **** first and 500 after 2 weeks and 200 every two weeks! We make payments on time. First day we had vehicle engine light came on we contacted villa and they took to their mechanic said it was an 02 sensor made ** pay for that. Only had car not even 24 hours. ******** claimed he fixed driving to villa and engine light came on again he turned around and called and said catalyst covertor they couldnt fix it so they reffered us to a shop in Zion they fixed it they charged for that and it came on again they did fix it because of warranty on the part. Now car will not start at all!! We got towed there and they said they will NOT BE COVERING anything I told them I will be making a complaint to BBB and possibly getting lawyer they said they did not car they sold ** a lemon and I asked maybe we could get our money back so we can get another car they said no nothing they can do I have 2 kids and I am missing work and fall hard on money and I cant afford for me just not to have nothing or them do nothing. Also all 4 shocks are bad they want 400 each shock not including labor please if anything you can do to help. Thanks

    The costumer took the vehicle to get an oil change and to get the spark plugs changed. They took the car to a ********** location and the oil that was put in the vehicle ruined and damaged it. Later on the customer got the vehicle towed to the dealership and left it here. We contacted the customer and informed them that what was done to the vehicle at the ********** location ruined the vehicle. When the vehicle was at the dealership, we inspected it and the vehicle had no oil and when the mechanic put oil in the vehicle the oil that was in there prior to putting the new oil in the oil was dirty. We sold the vehicle as is but we inform our customer that we would help them, but the car had no warranty. We can fix it but we would help them with half and when they took the car to a mechanic in Zion for the Catalytic Converter, they did not pay anything. We never denied helping them out, but we would only cover half of the cost. I believe no other used car dealership would help their customers like we do. The Vehicle is at Jericho *********************************** Name not at ***************************.

    I am rejecting this response because:the information they are stating is incorrect! They never agreed to help I have recorded conversations if the last conversation we had they said they will not help they were not covering anything per ********* said her boss said we did get the oil changed at ********** but that is not what is wrong with the car! Sparks plugs we fixed after the car broke down Sunday and that isnt the issue with car the car doesnt start at all we asked if we could get another vehicle they said no because the car been problematic since we got it same day off the lot and we did pay for it you catalytic converter you put it in our pay off we have recipes to prove so as well! They are liars and will not help ** and yes its under ********************************* my fianc and I paid for the car with my money which is why Im contacting BBB Jericho is here as well!

    The dealership and the mechanics never dined helping them out. If they want us to look at the car they can take it to the mechanic shop that we have at *************************************************. Take the vehicle to the mechanic shop not to the dealership, the mechanics will look at the car there.

    I am rejecting this response because: they did deny service said they wouldnt be paying for anything we had it towed to the car dealership because it was a Sunday and they were closed and we couldnt keep it where its stopped at place were the car is at now said car will not start at all its over with! So we would like our **** back we put down and the money for car note if not that atleast the **** so we can get a car we have 2 kids the car is for work purposes and we are missing out on money because of this! Either we can do that or next step is lawyer as well I do not wanna give anyone a hard time just simply want our money so we can get another car they sold ** a lemon and we can give the car back!
