      Vinyl wrap installed 10-23-2020 $800 was applied to my auto loan when purchasing this 2021 kia ****** brand new from ***************. I customized what I wanted when ordering this car. *********** chose who would do my work, which I expected to be professionals in this area of work. National Auto Spa installed the wrap with a one year warranty. If you read up on wrap they should have a 5-7 year life span, plus they shouldn't leave damage to your paint! My complaint is that one year after install the wrap was becoming brittle and faded. At the one year **** I was in shock to see this and decided to remove the middle of the top wrap off (which was getting into bad shape) myself. I didn't reach out to the company as I didn't think it was right to be doing this but figured it was manageable on my end and didn't complain. Another 6 months pass then the sides and back spoiler piece start dulling. Figured I'll have to take time and do areas here and there outside of work etc. As I'm removing the wrap from back spoiler, I realize my paint is stained! White paint with yellow staining! I tried detailer and it did nothing. At this point I'm very concerned because my paint is stained on a brand new car and the wrap is removed so now what to do!? I contacted them through email 3 times! No response for weeks. Then by phone. No help at all. Finally after another week I went into shop, showed pictures that I had already emailed and was told my emails were seen and they didn't respond. They were unsure of what I wanted....obviously I want the wrap removed that's ruining my paint and my cars paint finish to be good as new. ***************************** Office Manager stated she'd let the owner know and see what they can do. They agreed for me to bring it back and remove all the wrap for free. After removing all the wrap they said the staining will not come off and for $200 they'd cover it back up with wrap for me? I'm furious and they will not do anything more for my stained paint from their wrap

      We installed a vinyl Roof Skin on ********************** Kia ****** in October of 2020.  It carries a 1 Year Warranty, and at the time we installed the vinyl, I emailed her a Warranty/Care sheet on her new vinyl.  The next email I received from her was on November 27, 2022, more than 2 years after installation.  Shortly after, she brought her vehicle by for us to take a look at.  Unfortunately, we were not able to see most of her issues with the vinyl, as she admitted to stripping off part of the vinyl, as well as trying to clean the glue off herself.  We never saw the cracking of the vinyl, and we have no idea what she had used on the vehicle to clean it.  On top of this, she had placed other vinyl over part of the roof herself before bringing it to us.  So, in addition to being out of warranty, and us never seeing the roof prior to her doing her own work on it, there was not much we could do.  We did offer to strip the remaining vinyl, and cleaning off as much of the glue as we could, even though there was no warranty remaining, and my vinyl installer spent about 6 hours taking care of what he could.  She was still upset with a couple of places, parts that she had cleaned and recovered mainly, and we offered to re-cover those parts for her for $200.00, which is under cost, but we were trying to help with what we could at this point.  I explained this to her husband, and he said they were not interested, and left.
