    All terms/conditions were explained clearly. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I am satisfied with my purchase. The coffee was good.

    Found a car that I loved with them, however they said they had resolved all issues and that was actually not true. Two months into owning the car it started having issues and the check engine light came on. I had a warranty that they sold me, but then had to pay to get an appraiser to come out and look at the car. The appraiser said it was a pre-existing condition that they should have addressed before trying to sell the car so the warranty was useless. When I called them they kept saying that they were trying to "work something out to help" they kept saying that they would call me by the end of the day. 3 business days and a weekend later they are no longer returning my phone calls. The last thing they told me was the manager was out "test driving a vehicle and as soon as he was done he was going to give me a call back." Must have been quite the test drive. ***** was the guy I worked with. The repairs are going to cost me over $2000.

    I purchased a vehicle 13 days ago from this place.They were very kind when I went to look at the vehicles however, I do not recommend this place for a vehicle purchase. I noticed lights on before I ever purchased the vehicle and ask about it he said hed have it looked at his mechanic said that it was a sensor they would replace that no problem, so I went ahead and purchased the vehicle, then six days later a front tire blows out as ** turning into my husbands work . so I had to call the Roadside Assistance who kept telling me that it was a false policy number and it was not. so I had to call ***** . Who is the gentleman that I purchased the vehicle from at auto discount mall in **************** then I get a hold of him because my oil light come on it needed an oil change. It had 13% oil life left they had told me that the oil had been changed when it was brought onto the lot three weeks prior, well I know I didnt put 3000 miles on that vehicle let alone 5000 so that was within six days tire blows the oil needs changed and I find out that the back tires are cupped and thats why Im hearing so much road noise and they need replaced as well. then on day 13 I go to pull out of my driveway and the rear passenger tire comes off so either a tie rod broke or an axle broke and theyre telling me that it was not that way when I drove it off their lot well something was wrong with it or it wouldve never happened !! I have not hit anything I have not even hit a ***** hole with it !! This car was my baby I loved everything about it and would not even go down a road if it is rough . I would baby my car !! Its like my new baby! so now Im going round and round with them to even get the sensor changed and the oil and the refund on the tires that ***** told me he would get for me now they dont wanna do anything and that the axel or tie rod broke, it was not like that when I pulled off the lot he said. this is not a good place to do business !!!!!!
