    On today went into the store to get cat litter. The shelf said it was 11 dollars it scanned at *****. I brought it up to the manager ***** attention who went and checked and stated that the shelf was all wrong. The cashier *** said she could not refund the difference, it was against their policy to have scanning integrity. Upon speaking with ***** he said he thought she refunded it. This was a lie and happens alot at this location and shelf and produce a month past expiration date. This needs to be addressed and a refund issued. Called corporate and it always seems the person you need to speak to is out of the office for the week or they never return calls. Will be reporting further
