    This business will not communicate with us after saying we broke our lease. I asked for a written notice for breaking the lease and they refused. They now have stolen 1,000$ and said they will not return our deposit. They said they will not speak to us anymore. Not including hardship fees after providing an uninhabitable home, and emergency moving us into a new unit they owe us almost 3,000$. $900 in sewage feed over e course of 12 months when the sewage was pooling under our house ***** from rent credit taken from us, and 1200$ deposit. We have all medical records for our children breathing in methane gas and proof of them ignoring this issue. They did not provide any assistance to us to move and said we had to be out THAT day. We have two children. This cost us a lot of money out of pocket. We have a witness to their manager calling my husband a racial slur. We also have records of all emails between us and management.

    I received a violation from the landlord today, stating that I cannot make any repairs to my car and the driveway Or anywhere in the park. Also, on the violation that my blinds cannot be brown. They have to be white. I have had the brown blind since I moved in. They were the ones that came with the house when I moved in and nothing has ever been said about them and Ive been here for over 14 months now. They will not replace them for me. None of this is in the lease that I signed in March 2022. Ive never heard of either of those rules until today and I only have five days to fix it or I get fined.
