I purchased a Keter Eastwood 150 gallon deck box over a month ago. No instructions came with the deck box so I went to keter.com to get instructions. Keter's link for the instructions just went to a "domain expired" error page. So I called Keter and asked them to e-mail me instructions. The instructions they sent me were wrong. So I put the box together with bad instructions. When I was done I had two left-over metal pieces that looked like braces but the bad instructions said *nothing* about the braces. I found a picture of the deck box online that showed a metal brace in a side panel. So I called Keter again and, this time, they sent me correct instructions that showed the metal braces *must* be inserted before the end caps are snapped onto the side panels. Once the end caps are snapped on they do not come off. I called Keter again and they told me to heat an end cap with a hair dryer and try to pry it off with a flat-edge screwdriver. I tried that but it didn't work - at least not without applying a dangerous amount of pressure. So I called Keter again and they created an "elevated case". About 3 weeks ago they told me they were sending me a new box and would send me an e-mail when the box shipped. But I still haven't heard anything. (Keter e-mails go to my "junk" mailbox.) The box is functional without the braces, but the front bows out a little (so you have to guide it shut) and we can't sit on it. I've spent a LOT of time on this.Keter US, Inc

1 starWell, just reading all of the reviews pertaining to the horrible customer service doesn't leave me with much hope for any personal resolution. Like so many others here, I have emailed 3 times (in exact detail) the parts I'm missing in order to complete the assembly of my 4x6 ****** (graphite) shed, responses have been inaccurate and lacking in explanation and detail. I recieved a quote with a link to paypal, for some and not all of the parts. I called several times and was told in a rather confused manner, that a requote for the ************** would be sent to me the following day. It was not sent and still no word. Resolution would be greatly appreciated. At this point, I'd even settle for knock off parts from a third party but Ive come up short in that regard and/or trying to mockup the missing parts out of treated wood or something. Am willing to pay for the missing parts, it's just been like pulling teeth to even get to that point! Unheard of in this day in age. ***Review fromDave T

Zero is more descriptive.Dont buy anything from these people who have no Customer Service.I called to find out about their products, and got the bums rush.They dont care if they sell anything, let alone care about a customer who spends almost $2K to buy a product.No wonder I didnt get any follow-up when I had a problem with delivery.After 2 months, I havent even been able to start assembling the shed due to complications from their disinterest in my problem. Wait, I just shelled out how much for their shed?!? So what. They dont care.Haha, we have your money so its not anything were concerned with. I sent post-purchase correspondence to them, which they simply ignored.Dont look at their website. Dont order anything. Treat this scam like a fatal car crash: avoid it and drive away as fast as you can.Lighting currency on fire will make you feel better, and more optimistic about humanity, than dealing in any way with Keter. Their name derives from some Jewish symbolism, which for me now reminds me of some satanic ritual that can only make one nauseated. Not a great selling point for Judaism. The existence of this company is actually a real live billboard that insinuates one should run from Judaism or anything spiritually related to it. Its core values are the poster child for the worst kind of capitalism: get what you can without getting caught. Hide until you do. Terrible. Save yourself the frustration of throwing money at people who dont value you, even when you buy, or TRY to buy, their product instead of all the other options out there.Dont do it. I received a Deck Box that was missing an end cap on the lid. I submitted an email with photos and received a computer generated email with a case number.After quite a few days with no follow up I called customer service. Wow, how rude can a customer service rep be - quite rude if they work for Keter.******* was very condescending and rude. When I asked for her name she basically yelled it at me while spelling it. I will never purchase anything with the Keter name again. If I can't be treated with courtesy and respect when receiving a incomplete product just imagine what terrible treatment I would get if something were terribly wrong with the product. Shame on you Keter for allowing your employees to treat your customer like this.Keter US, Inc

******** F Keter went from best to worst. I bought a ********* or six years ago high quality great materials. I just purchased a second shed and was disgusted by the product. Walls might as well be cardboard they fold to create corners. I erected the shed and immediately went and purchased a replacement from Rubbermaid world of difference quality Im used to. Shipping weight more than twice the Keter shed. I have never been so underwhelmed by a product in my life. I gave the Keter shed away and was embarrassed to do so.Keter US, Inc

An entire set of hardware was missing; hinges, plastic grommets, necessary screws. Could not complete the assembly and the process for requesting these parts is VERY cumbersome. Youd think theyd make this easy since theyve already inconvenienced their customer. How hard is it for them to apply some quality assurance procedures to make sure that their customers are getting all the necessary parts and pieces that theyve paid for??? Explains all the horrible reviews. And shame on ********** for continuing to carry and sell such a bad product, with poor customer service. ********** has heard and seen the customer reviews and they seem content to ignore them.Keter US, Inc

1 starNo response to customer service emails for months!I purchased the keter XXL Deck box from **** club June 29, 2022. Got home to discover a piece that was broken. I did not return because loading is a pain. So I decided to contact the company for a replacement piece. I emailed 6/29/2022 via their website and got a response 6/30/2022 asking for proof of purchase by receipt and the part number for the replacement etc and replied with all the information by 7/01/2022 and never heard back. I sent a follow 7/19/2022 no response and again 7/25/2022 and today 1/12/2023 and I am expecting no response. I believe Im out of my range to return the item to **** club and would like my money back or a new XXL deck box that is undamaged. 1 starI can't reach customer support by phone. I have tried for 3 days. I can't submit the online form... it just never submits. I have a new Tall Utility Cabinet that had '2 SSc parts for LEFT SIDE OF THE CABINET.' I just want the one piece for the right side. I don[t even want them to replace or send to me... that would probably never happen. Just, please...please... please tell me where I can buy the cheap part so I can maybe finish putting this thing together.Terrible customer service. I do not recommend anyone buying any of their products!
