    They tried to charge me for a month I did not live there. They told me I didn't return my keys until the 31st of October 2022. When I called to clarify They switched it up and said I returned them October 17th 2022. They proceeded to hangup on me. When I called back they started screaming at me.

    To explain what happened: This is an unfortunate situation. Things did get heated so the call was ended we werent getting anywhere, especially after the prior tenant started cussing at us. Keys were turned in late; on 10/17. Tenants are charged rent and utilities until keys are returned. ****** was moved out of our systemon 10/31(to clarify we didnt change up our story) Unit was not ready to rent. We had an applicant that needed it on 10/1 but wasnt able to move in until approximately 11/15 due to the keys being turned in late and having to do somethings to the unit that we didnt foresee. ****** does have a connection with the owner of the unit, so in this situation they dont think they have to follow normal protocol. To the tenant: We do appreciate the payment on the balance, as does the owner. We also hope that you used the contact information we gave you for help with expenses for your little one.
