    We bought a new RV from the location in **, but warrant service is to be done at this location. On July 26, 2024, we had water leaking into our unit. We alerted ****, took pictures and proceeded to bring the unit to the ******** location for repairs. In September we were told parts had to be ordered. In subsequent calls we were told those parts were just not sent yet. We discovered by calling the parts supplier, Heartland in ******* IN ************ speaking to **** that no parts had been ordered, no warranty paperwork! We then contacted the manager, and he sent ******** ****** to do a remote service call 9/5. Parts were ordered really this time; we were going on a month-long trip, so the plan was to bring in when back. Nov 8 we returned ******** we went in and NOTHING was done! Again Mr. ****** ************ assured us it would be fixed. Febuary 6 we picked up the unit and still nothing electrical is working on it. ********, the service manager ************ or ************ by text assured us ******* would call for a remote service call 2/10. no one has called even after informing her we heard nothing!

    We bought a travel trailer from them approx 4 months ago. We cant get the paperwork work to get tags for it. Now there is going to be a late fee to get tags. We feel they should provide the needed paperwork to get the tags and pay the late fee.
