    (Disappointed Customer/Good Deal/Gone Bad/Auto ********************************************* P.M.P/Anderson,*******) I had a heater core installed 11/9/2023 and I drove my truck maybe 10 times since the repair and noticed the second week of November 2024 that my truck didnt have any heat so I called the shop and made an appointment to find out the issues. I arrived at the at 10am 11/21/2024 and soon afterwards the mechanic got my keys and one of his associates took my truck to the work area and began looking it over. I would say 20 to 30 minutes later the mechanic entered the lobby and said you dont have any heat and I added some antifreeze and I would recommend a flush due to seeing something floating in the radiator. Thats when I asked the gentleman at the front desk could I get a discount on a radiator flush since I paid you $1,166.76 to repair my heating issues and he replied no we cant do that. I havent added anything to my radiator and the last shop to to do any work on my vehicle was this shop so the real question is did they ever thoroughly check my radiator on the initial repair or did they just add some radiator fluid to the existing radiator fluid and still charged me like they looked at everything that pertains to the heating system. Ill be taking my vehicle to another certified technician in the near future and will be getting to the bottom of the situation. Bottom line is I paid to get my heat fixed and I only used the heat maybe 10 times since the initial repair and it doesnt work at all and the nonchalant attitude of the staff didnt make matters any better especially when it was the coldest day of the year so far on record. I have all of my receipts and Ive had repairs done like this in the past just not on this particular vehicle and some of the excuses and all around bad customer ********************** didnt make any sense. This complaint was filed due to lack of all around service.
