***** Sowers seal coated our drive in the summer of 2022. We paid in cash. He didn't date the receipt or give us a contract. About a week or 2 after completion, we had him come back to put more sealer on the area where we back out of the garage. He came with a paint brush and put a thin coat on that disappeared very quickly. In November of 2022 we noticed the job failing in several areas. Our drive is 900 ft long with an additional very large area by our house. I contacted ***** in November. He said to contact him in the spring of 2023, which I did. I texted him several times to set up a time. My husband called and texted him as well. He said he was a man of his word, that he'd come to take a look at the drive. He never came and stopped all communication. There are so many areas that have washed or peeled off. We haven't done anything to cause the problem. We stayed off the drive after he completed the job for a couple of days, so there wouldn't be an issue. For the $5600 we paid, we are very frustrated and angry that he did such a poor job.I have 15 additional photos that are over 5 MB, so unable to send.

This is the receipt we got from ***** Sowers. I realize that its not dated and no letterhead. I think he did that since it was a cash transaction.
Thank you for any help you can give me in resolving this issue.
