      Our father passed away 12/02/2021 from Covid and was laid to rest in ************, IN. Tri-State provided a large 3-person headstone in 2006 for our sister and mother without an issue. All I am asking this company to do is to engrave our father's date of death on his headstone. After several phone conversations with the owner, I was guaranteed they would get it done by the middle of June 2022. It's now 08/22/2022, and nothing has been done, and I cannot get a hold of them now. Our father is a Korean War veteran, and he deserves better than this!

      Paid in full on head stone for mother. She passed August 15th 2021. I have called to inform about her passing stopped by to ask about stone placement. The gentleman told me by 12/25/2021, then Easter because of missing material. Today 6/27/2022 her 82nd Birthday and no head stone. Drive by today shop is condemned and no contact number?
