    This is against our landlord, ***************************, with MJ Rentals. When we moved in ******* knew of a few things that was needed maintenance wise. There has been a plumbing issue in the bathroom since we moved in. My roommate and I patch it up every month or so to be able to use a shower. She said she would come and clean up the basement (where the washer and dryer hook up is at) that has cat liter, urine and f**** all over the basement. There is also a massive amount of mold all over the basement. I had to replace a breaker down there in September, I was diagnosed with pneumonia in October. The floor of the house and the ceilings are literally cracking and separating from the floor to the wall. I can see into the basement through this crack just fine it is that large. We reported the damages to ****** twice, 30 days apart. We had no choice but to call the building inspector. We had a time scheduled with him. Somehow she blocked him from doing the inspection, all we now know is the city attorney is involved. The ********** of ****** came out Friday and observed the issues in the basement making it environmentally unsafe as well as structurally. The roof is flying off. Water leaks and damages from the roof. She has never given or even shown us the city utilities. She states we owe her 700+ however, we called and the current bill is 450. All of her tenants utilities are turned off almost every month for an hour or so. She waited until we had lived here for 8 months then says I got to figure out how much you owe on your gas bill they have it all messed up. She lied to us about the parts for the shower even being ordered. Her former maintenance staff, C.C., informed us her nickname for us is "the l**** ***** with the ******ed **** We are not a couple and he is autistic.

    These tenants have continually refused to allow maintenance access to complete any work that is needed.
