    On April 22, 2023 I contacted Roger G*** about getting an estimate to lay a concrete stamped patio in our backyard on April 24. He came by did measurements. We signed a contract to have a 20 x 20 stamped concrete patio with a sidewalk and a couple of steps installed I’ve been in contact with him several times, and I keep getting excuse after excuse after excuse as to why he is not been able to come out and start the job. He did have someone come out in November, leave some boards with the intentions of coming back the following week to start the job here it is March 26, 2024. I still do not have a patio nor have I received a refund for the deposit of $3750.that I gave him to complete the job Today across an article that says lawsuits has been filed against Roger G*** for fraud and deception taking peoples deposit with a sum of over $20,000. at this point, I want my money back or I will have to file my lawsuit. I tried to contact Rodger today to find out about the article and his phone is no longer working.

    On May 10th 2023, I met with Roger to get an in person quote for a simple concrete patio. I had initially requested a quote from Cincinnati Concrete which has positive reviews online. Roger has this title hand written on his contract, but he operates under All Around Concrete. I gave Roger a 50% down deposit of $1750 with intent of him doing the work. Roger continuously beat around the bush or was minimally responsive or unresponsive to dozens of texts and calls throughout May and June. In July, my wife and I decided we just wanted a refund and to be done with this. It took us texting or calling almost every single day of July to finally get a response. He would continuously promise a time and then not respond or call. On July 31st he finally answered the phone and agreed to give a full refund that Friday. He consistently gives excuses that are lies and still has not given me my money back. He has promised to drop off a refund check twice and not showed up. I have in writing and in text that he will give my money back but it has gone on too long. Do not trust a single word this man says and do not do business with him.

    My fiance contacted Roger about getting a quote to pour a new concrete base for our porch and fix the stucco in the front of the house in early May. Roger promptly came out and quoted us $3000 for the job and requested a $1500 down payment with the promise of getting the work done the following Monday. The following week, we waited for Roger to show up and after he did not, we contacted him and asked what happened. He waited several days to reply and told us something came up and he would make it the following week. The next week, same thing happened. He didn't show up or contact us about why he was a no show. We called and texted and he ignored us for a full week before he replied saying something about a concrete shortage (something he never mentioned before) and promised he would come out in the coming weeks. 2 months later and Roger has yet to show up once. Finally in early July after Roger had lied to us 3 times, we asked for our deposit back because we no longer trusted his word that he would complete the work. To this, Roger immediately replied saying he had sent us a message about doing the work July 5th (we have no record of such message). We told Roger at this point, we just want our money back, to which he replied he had already spent the money. We then gave him until Friday of that week (July 7th) to return our money or we would be pursuing legal action. We didn't hear anything from him until July 18th when he texted us asking if we "received a cashier's check he had sent". We waited a full week and have yet to receive anything from him. I do not believe he sent anything, nor do I have faith he will.

    I hired Roger G*** in February to refinish our concrete porch, steps of the porch, as well as redo our front sidewalk that leads to the concrete porch. I signed the contract and paid him via check for the deposit ($2500) on February 15th. He said that he would be able to come that weekend because the weather was nice. He failed to show. In April, we had some more good weather, so I asked him to come out, and he said he had some more work to finish up. I proceeded to text him many times over the months until June 3, 2023... That is when I asked him to return my deposit because he was not doing the work and the work needed to be done ASAP because the concrete was getting worse and he has not made good faith effort to do the job. He pushed back, but then on June 10th he told us that he was sorry and would return our deposit and that it should arrive by Wednesday (June 14th), but on June 16th I had still not received anything, so I let him know... June 17th he said he would check with his accountant on Monday (June 19). On June 26th I reached out again to ask for an update, and he told me that "she" had it in the mail to go out Wednesday (June 28), July 10th- I followed up again (no response). July 11th- I followed up yet again and he said he would call me 10am the following day (July 12). July 12th- 11am I still had not received a call from him, so I reached out to let him know that I was waiting for his call. (no response) 2pm- I let him know my availability and he said that he would call me.... He did not. Roger G*** has been giving me the runaround for months and I want my money back.

    Contract was signed and 50% of total was given to complete job on 04/25. Over two months later and the job is not complete with little to no communication from All Around Concrete. Either finish the job as promised or refund my money and I can have someone else complete the job.
