      I had this business to repair sidewalk and steps for front porch about 3 yrs. ago. At that time they said it was unconditional guarantee for 5 years. By the second year the grout was cracking and was unacceptable. I contacted the company and they sent one of their owners to examine and he said that it was unacceptable also and he would make it right. This summer, they came out and said it was probably the amount of moisture under the stones that was causing the problem and fixing the job in the same way would end up the same way. He did his due diligence and reccmmended a product that was a sand polymer that would expand and contract with moisture and temperature. They came out for two days and fixed the problem with that product. They were professional and very thorough and they fulfilled their word which is rare in today's world. I would reccommend this company for any stonework or masonry word as they honored their word.Thank you to this company and for honoring their word!
