    Contracted Schnebelt Home and Property Management Services LLC back in May 2022 to install a Custom Handicap Shower in our basement to provide a better quality of life for my elderly Father-in-Law. We complied with the Contract Agreement, paying 40% down, paid all material and incremental cost/installments per the contact. Installation was delayed 8 weeks due to no show and over scheduling. Installation started in July 2022; we continued to find quality error in the craftsmanship. To include the following: 1) Inaccurate plumbing measurements requiring full rework, rework was installed incorrectly on the second attempt and failed to perform a flood test once the base was poured. 2) Water Proofing failed; Cement Board was not sealed properly and found gaps within the liner. 3) Overall Sloppy Tile installation. Due to the errors found Schnebelt Home agreed It was a total loss and required a full tear out. Therefore, we came to an agreement terminating our contract and to receive a full refund…unfortunately we are still waiting on resolution 4 months later and multiple correspondence.
