    April 17, 2024 work begain for concrete for a new 2 car garage and approach apron and completed April 18, 2024. After the time allowed for curing with nothing allowed on the concrete we began to notice cracking in August of 2024. After several message left and a video of the cracking sent to **** Manning, Owner, we did receive a call from **** and advised he would send his ******* to inspect on a date we were not available, so **** was to call back to schedule a different time. Again after several messages left on ****** cell, ****, did return a call and advised there was much rain coming in and he would contact us later to schedule a time to meet. After more messages left to **** we have never heard back from **** or anyone from Manning. On January 14, 2025 (mailed January 15, 2025) a letter was sent advising of the information above and thew we would like a phone call within the next 21 days of receipt of the letter to arrange a date for inspection and prevention of further damage. As of today, February 10, 2025, no contact has been made. I do have **************** but can not upload

    Thank you for your help in this matter!  We have not tried to contact the business nor have they made any attempt to contact us since I sent them a letter in January of 2025 to contact us!
