      We really appreciate so many things about this company! One- theyre customer service. Its a family business so you get to know the employees. ***** in particular is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and has talked to my husband and myself through many situations. Two- it is a clean product. We do not want our home treated with harsh chemicals our kids will be breathing in. This is a natural enzyme. Third- the warranty. This means so much as we feel secure knowing our home is safe! Weve used them several times as homeowners and trust them more than anyone else.

      Do not recommend. At the time of our service they only employed one inspector who arrived over an hour late. After this young man spent a couple of hours walking in and around the house and taking a few air samples he attempted to answer some of our questions with much difficulty and using little more than "talking points" for his answers. When we asked him about his findings in the crawl space and behind walls that were of particular concern, he informed us that he did not have with him the tool needed (a borescope) to test for mold behind walls and refused to go into the crawl space to get a sample of visible mold.- which were the the main reasons we hired American Mold Experts to inspect our home. In fact we spent much time on the phone talking with ****, the owner of the business about these areas of our home that were of concern and he assured us several times that the inspector would use a borescope and samples to detect any problems. Needless to say we were very upset at having spent $800 for such an extremely inadequate and unprofessional home inspection. Given our negative experience with American Mold Experts this company seems to be nothing more than a scam and we are wondering how in the world they ever received a five star rating from the BBB.

      That inspector is no longer with us. We apologize he had such a negative experience which is not our norm. We specialized in mold sick clients since 2012. Our normal assessment and testing is $399. Only larger homes that require more tests ie lab fees would pay $800. All lab results were delivered. And the most important issues is to find out why there is mold and what needs to happen to cure the mold from a home. No remediation needs done prior to causes being cured.
