    I went to get my oil changed there last week. I felt very threatened by one of the gentlemen there that was trying to help .. very angry man very unprofessional I had asked him to put a piece back on my car that he actually knocked off which I told him which wasnt his fault because it was loose anyways he continued to get angry about that yelled at me and told me Im not gonna serve you again until you fix this fixed ..he was trying to back me in and out the garage to get to where he can put the peace back on and he he was angry the whole time and one point he threw his towel, which whatever they checked the oil with a towel he threw that it was a very uncomfortable situation. I felt threatened by him and all I asked for when I called the company back and called the customer service complaint line I want a refund Ive been going to this company for five years. Ive never had a problem. I thought it was very unprofessional. I shouldnt felt threatened by this man. I felt they all took each others side because they only offered me a 25% coupon for next year which I think to get that online every year so Im finally complaint to get my money back and to get my point across it was very uncomfortable and I felt threatened and all these men took each other side that were there. They all work together and thats what they did
