I would like to express the level unprofessionalism at JKL Management . They are a vendor for *****. I was hired Sept 10th and then had to go through the various background checkouts. After this was complete, I was ready to go to work. I went to work Sept 17th and we did several city pickups. The last stop was at Finish Line. At this stop, I processed to back up to the trailer which was in the dock door. I got out and asked Mr. ***** if he wanted me to back up to the trailer. He processed to scold me like a child saying I am making poor discussions. Mind you the door on the trailer was shut as well as the door on the dock was shut. I was perplexed on why I had to wait to back up to the door. He jumped in the tractor, logged me out of the computer, and logged himself in saying that he was going to drive back and we would discuss if I was going to be there the next day. I was again scolded on the way back to the terminal . Keep in mind I have 13 years driving experience . I do NOT need to be talked down to or need to learn how to drive a semi. I expressed to Mr. ***** that I was not used to driving a truck that had so much safety devices like the front indictor on the truck. Sept 18th he texted and stated that I needed more "training and evaluation" . Sept 25th I texted him and said " when will we do more training" and replied "I will call you after I finish payroll". He never called. Sept 26th I called twice and he put me to voicemail. Sept 27th I called and texted asking again when will be doing more training. He did not answer my calls or text. Keep in mind I have a badge and am on payroll. It is very immature and unprofessional to ghost an employee because you don't want to answer questions. Especially a trucking company that is a part of a large corporation.
