    On Dec 9th 2022 we had Bestbathtub finish come in and redo the tub, sink, and countertop. I informed them prior that my authorized representative would be there and I would not be. The person came in and did it however did not have any PPE for the fumes from it. They offered 3 levels of warranty and I asked if there was a difference in quality. They stated no, just the length of warranty. The finished product on the tub is ok. A few bubbles but not terrible. The sink has a lot of bubbles and doesn't look very good. The counter is horrible, it is not covered and looks like a 5 year old did it. It is not completely covered, you can see brush strokes in it. The pink showes through. I contacted them about it and have gotten the run around. When I called to try to get information today they were rude, yelled, and when I emailed later they used very biased and derogatory comments about my authorized representative. This has been a horrible customer service experience and at this point I do not want them to fix the issue because I can not trust them not to retaliate against me. I am willing to accept an apology along with a 50% refund due to the tub being almost acceptable. The counter and sink I am now going to have to replace due to their poor workmanship. Payment of $981. There is no excuse for calling a legal citizen and a well respected handyman those terms.
