    The date of the transaction was July 6th, 2024. I paid $45 for a service a $15 deposit & $30 the rest. The business was supposed to give me a set on lash clusters. Id like to report this and dispute this because I tried to contact her, what I asked for I didnt get, my eye had a irritation/infection because the products she used arent the ones she should be using. As well, when I go to sleep its so much gunk/HAIR GLUE on my lashes they stick together and I barely can open my eyes. She also false advises her sets because what I sent I didnt get anything close to it, as well her friend said what is that on her eyes when the service was completely done, which was a huge red flag! The problem hasnt been resolved and now its deeper than the lashes, its now affecting my day to day life as my eye had been irradiated since I got the lashes and she told me shes never heard of eye irradiation I need to get lash glue. I just feel like this is unprofessional and handled poorly. Even when the service was done it was glue everywhere but where it should have been. I just dont want this to happen to anyone else, she doesnt know what shes doing or who life she can affect in the long run.

    Goodmorning, being that I care for my customers service, safety and satisfaction. I offered ********* recommendations and to redo her service. 

    Khristian reached out three days later with a compliant and here was my response 

      Good Afternoon, I would have preferred if you said something before you left your appointment so that I could have fixed them for you. Before every client, I always ask if they have sensitive eyes to help prevent any issues. Ive never heard of eye irritation being that I use latex-free, irritation-free glue so im sorry that happened to you !Also, upon booking you asked for a short freestyle and thats the service I gave you. Unfortunately, the only thing I can do is recommend that you use eye drops to get rid of the irritation. However, I do apologize for the inconvenience

    Upon booking I have a $10 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit in place for appointment holder. This is stated on my business account  

    After this, ********* asked for a partial refund which would be $25 being that my deposits are non-refundable and that my labor and supplies were utilized. 

    To accommodate her, I can send her the  $25 back VIA apple pay.
