    Was evicted 10/24/23 and court order stated that the moving company to come with enough men and trucks no more than 2hrs after we were removed.They came on 10/30/23. Neighbors sent texts video and pics of movers breaking things throwing stuff leaving items behind. The day of the eviction was quoted **** for the move now finally after getting an answer they want over 3k no itemized list of what they have. I have proof of damages . I have proof of all items we had proof that nothing was damaged before we left. I want to retrieve all our belongings from there at their cost. Any damages items replaced missing items replaced. They left multiple items behind as I also saw a man return after management left leave with items that were worth anything 1 day after the movers came. I spoke with management from the company we rented from he said anything left behind would be considered trash. So now our belongings are elsewhere. I will be referring this to an attorney when we meet on Tuesday. I had a safe containing certain items im sure have now went missing. All of which I have proof of. I was hung up on by the lady in the office who stated she knew nothing that it fell back in ***************************** kept referring me to office. I have the recording of talk with lady at office and all texts to prove my claim. I have all the serial numbers to all electronics. I will not post evidence on here as I will refer to my attorney as well as filing in courts for damages this company did to the home and how it was trashed when we go to court on damages with rental company

    NO I have notvfiled in courts as of yet . Hoping to resolve now to keep out of courts. I gave written what we know should have been packed and moved by this company. We have not had a reply from Nicks package and Storage with an itemized list. Nor any  response to damages missing itmes that this company neglected to ******* just left  in the house . I dont think what I am asking is unfair. I will take this as high up as I can unless they resolve.Thank You

    I was evicted on 6/27/23 and nicks showed up while putting me and my 5 kids on the street. ****** first told me he would charge me $1300 to move my stuff. When my husband showed up and was trying to get answers ****** then got scared and lowered his price to $800 right after leaving the property i received a text saying it was going to cost $835. Okay so he then had me get a storage and when he was finished for the day he said 70% of my stuff was in storage. So I went to storage and about 25% was in storage. Nothing is in boxes and everything was thrown in trash bags. The next day I was told everything was completely packed and brought to storage. My son and husband show up only to find tvs broken glass shattered things missing. And when I contacted ****** about it he proceeded to tell me to stop harassing him and he did do the move himself. Needless to say its great that this guy pays his bills with government contracted money because hiring his company would be a joke. We will be seeking legal help in this matter. Its bad enough you have to face an eviction due to hardship but now everything you worked for is now destroyed or stolen because someone is careless and gets paid anyway not matter their work ethic.

    1 star 06/01/2023 I paid over $760 with was supposed to be $800 Istayed at the time I could go back and get the rest of the money when I got there I was ******* and thats why it was short. But it to have my items from my previous home delivered to a storage. I was told once I did that , that basically you all worked for me and would move ALL MY ITEMS even said I could get my food which when I called to go get my food I was told the door was locked and I couldnt get back in. Not only was inventory not taken or reviewed but Nicks failed to deliver all items from my kitchen and bathroom completely. They also failed to take my 4 dinette chairs,ironing board, grey desk,office ********************** chair,clothes,Christmas tree,grey bathroom shelf,bouncer,curtain,rugs and honestly the list goes on. Then I have been trying for weeks to speak with someone to get my items back that you all have. I was told The property is $607.00 as of today.The fee will increase $11 everyday till paid off. You can come in and make a payment in full or make payments but the $11 continues to accrue in till you have paid in full. (Cash only)Once balance is paid in full, schedule for pickup will be the following business day at 7:30am or 5pm . And as I stated to the person who was texting me Im confused I knew nothing about an$11 daily fee that was never stated to me at all. It just doesnt make sense to me 1.The balance and more than half my things were left in the home after I was told if I pay them you all basically work for me and would move ALL my stuff and didnt.2.I have a $11 fee that occurs daily is applied and I was never told this. I dont recall signing anything that states that. Can you please send me a copy of the contract that I signed saying that.3.I have to pay in cash but cant retrieve the items until the following business day.Im so confused. The last time anyone responded to me was 5/22/23 @10:34 am I have all pictures and text I just want my items and some sense made of this.

    I was evicted on 2/15/23 at *************************. The court ordered Nicks packing and moving company to move and place my belongings in their storage.On 2/17/23 around 10:30 I had **** and his employees drop my tvs and clothes off at my mothers house. In the process of moving the tvs inside I noticed one of my flatscreens was cracked on the bottom left corner and dented on the frame around the screen. I proceeded to help unload the truck and the movers were not careful with my items placing things in the mulch. I then plugged my tv up to power on and when I turned it on the left side of the screen is cracked. I dont tried to contact **** and he blocked my number and havent heard from anybody at the company about compensation or any motion about the damages to my tv.

    Tell us why here...I believe this is ******************* brother. ***** received all property. When ***** came into the office to pick up high value items I asked him about the ** and was informed that his brother was texting the office number. ***** never reached back out nor did he say anything the next days after receiving property, Till 7 days later this is a eviction company so it is not usually for people to wait weeks before adding that they are missing items. ***** was there when the movers delivered his property on a discounted rated and never mentioned to the movers that anything was missing.
