    Paid for the final date to be put on monument for my wife, and they had me pre-pay and now they have filed bankruptcy and they have 41 law suits filed against them.

    Avoid this business and *********************** at all costs.He has shuttered this business after taking payments from grieving families, as well as issued fraudulent reimbursement checks to the families of deceased veterans after failing to provide services related to installation of their service plaques.     We purchased a headstone and prepaid. Now, all of the phone numbers have been disconnected, their ******** page was taken down and Im unable to speak with anybody concerning the engraving of my stone. We do not live locally so it has been impossible to contact anybody.

    I ordered a headstone for my parents in March of 2023. The contract states that it would be installed by Fall of 2023. Throughout 2023 when I would call to request a status update, the staff was repeatedly unable to provide me with any information - they couldn't confirm that the stone had been ordered, where it was in the carving process or when it might be installed. I was repeatedly told that I would receive a return call with the requested information, but this did not occur. I was also told on multiple occasions that my paperwork was misplaced. It is now January **** and there is no headstone and no information as to why there was a delay. Their communication was extremely poor and lacked empathy for the grieving families that they serve in the community. Their phones are now disconnected, making resolution of this this already difficult situation more complicated. Do not do business with this organization.

    We lost our son to COVID in 2021. We looked for a local memorial service and landed on Austin Memorial. This place has cheated us from our first meeting. We paid for the headstone over a year ago. They have sat on it and will not answer any of our calls. Now they have disconnected all their numbers. Stay clear of this place. They will charm you into paying thousands then produce nothing.

    We ordered our stone in October 2022 and still have not heard anything. We have stopped by several times and nobody knows anything about it. Finally saw them owner and he said it was not approved yet. We approved it by email January 2023. He said this secretary dropped the ball and did not put in their approval wall and they would start working on it right away. This was July 2023 it is know August 2023 and still have heard nothing. He also informed me that their bill of sale said they could go over which that as fine but a update would be nice. We will check his theory out in a few months theory in small claims court.
