The two wall photos were taken on move-in day, see the timestamp on the photo. The bathroom hook was there when we moved in because its different from the other three bedrooms. You want to charge $40 because either, the blinds werent clean enough for you or the plastic end caps were missing? See notes on charges photo.

In my case, I subleased to a student, which led to a disagreement where they accused me of violating my lease. The office charged me for the following. Lock Replacement Full Unit Key Replacement Illegal Occupant Charges Glass in the pool The emergency biohazard cleaning Although I was not involved in the incident and another student had my keys to access the pool area, I am being held responsible. I acknowledge that I can be held responsible since the lease is in my name. But the damages were not listed as to what was been broken in detail. My main issue is the charge of the full apartment lock change , as the unauthorized student left the same day and I was also sent a notice I would be inspected for the last month of my stay randomly to make sure my guest wouldnt return. It's important to clarify that my apartment has three residents in a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom setup, and our leases are separate. Each of us has our own set of keys, and my key only opens the front door, and my leased room. The guest and I did not have access or keys to other areas of the apartment, yet I was charged for replacing the locks for the entire unit. According to my lease agreement, I am only accountable for my own door and the common areas. I am puzzled as to why I am being held accountable for these charges.I am also concerned I will be a victim of retaliation in the future, particularly considering the upcoming inspection in August when my lease will officially end. I have cleaned out the apartment and noted pictures but with the communication and disagreements between the general manager and I , I feel as though I will have an unreasonable invoice. It is worth noting that I been away since May 2023. However, when I returned for a weekend stay at the apartment, my keys were confiscated in June 2023, even though my lease doesn't expire until July 2023. As well as the keys were not in the possession of the other student.
