    - Garnish Catering took a payment over the phone in early September (9/7/23) from my father for $2,245.63 but charged both my father's card and my husband's card that had been on file.- Both payments have been processed and have still been missing from both accounts. - Garnish Catering employees were called and emailed on 9/12/23 about the unauthorized charge to my husband's card. We believed, in good faith, it had been an accident. - Garnish Catering employees immediately denied the possibility that they would have charged both accounts that day and it wasn't until many phone calls later that they said they would check with their bank. Garnish Catering employees initially would claim it was my husband's problem to solve with his bank only. - Due to the horrible experience leading up to this event and then this event, Garnish Catering informed me over the phone they would "forgive" the $1,685.40 balance still on the account, but after requesting over the phone and in person for written confirmation of this, they still have not provided it. - Despite saying "$1,685.40" had been forgiven, Garnish Catering had already been paid (including the unauthorized withdraw from my fiance's account) a total of $7806.16 when we'd only owed a total of $7245.63 per our final estimate. This means that the $1,685.40 balance was never forgiven and they stole an additional amount of $560.55 from us before they said they would even "forgive" any balance on our account. - We've attempted to dispute the charge with our bank and are in the process of disputing the charges once again now, but Garnish Catering refuses to talk with us and told us over a phone call on 11/8/23 that their attorney would be calling us. Their attorney never called. - Overall, we've attempted handling the issue since 9/12/23 with Garnish Catering via email, phone call, and in person in hopes we could resolve the issue. We lost an additional $368 minimum during the wedding from paid services never rendered.
