      Dropped off in May 2022, for a broken screen and a home button that wasnt working on a iPad that another shop had failed to fix. Imechanic promised they would fix it in half the time, 3 or 4 weeks at most. I didnt get my iPad until mid August, and it was immediately having screen and power issues. Took it back to the store and they said it needed updated and that they would have it back in a week and they would call me. No one called, I called several times checking on the status of my iPad and no one had a clue what was going on. After two more months I still have no iPad and asked for my iPad and my money back since they were giving me the run around. Then told me I would only get half a refund, then said it wouldnt have the screen or button that had already been replaced because the battery was bad and I needed to pay another 100 to replace the screen after the battery repair. I have video and audio recordings of them saying all of this to me. Then today 10/18/22 an employee told me I would have to pay for a fix they did after I didnt want them to fix anymore and wanted my iPad returned and my refunded money. It is a scam, it was supposed to be there today, didnt have it, didnt have my refund that was supposed to be there today with my iPad. I have video that this website wouldnt let me upload.
