    Serviced for fiber internet in February/March of 2024. Have had more days without Internet then I have internet. Have spoken to over 20 people within the company and have had over 5 people come to my residence. Nothing has ever been fixed or resolved after months of having no ***************** I use internet for my job, which I've been at for nearly 15 years and due to the service.of GifabitNow my job is on the line. I have asked for discounts and reimbursements for no **************** from this company, I have asked and pleaded for help weekly and yet I'm ignored. They just tell me it's filed and that's all I hear. I have documented all days and hours that I've had no Internet plus the speeds of the Internet for which I am not getting 1/2 the speeds that I am paying for. I have contacted an attorney and he said to first start with Better business bureau before file a law suit. That's why I am here.

    3/5/2024 - **************** (the client) contacted GBN regarding the difficulties that he experienced during the installation process for the service.  The field technician had left a mess of drywall dust a debris that he had to clean up from the installation.  Further, the field technician had not helped him to setup the **** services for the equipment installed.

    The initial issues were resolved, but then moved into complaints of poor speeds.  GBN worked with **************** to isolation and confirm where the speed issues were taking place, via Wireless or via Wired connection.
    On 4/11/2024, GBN scheduled a dispatch to Mr. ******* home  to test the physical lines for the service.  The technicians measured the lines speeds to the installed internet gateway to be in excess of the 2GB speeds that he was subscribed for.  Specifically the speeds the technicians measured were: 2177Mbps Upload / 2044Mbps Download,  2184Mbps Upload / 2028Mbps Download, and 2174Mbps Upload / 2079Mbps Download for the three tests done.

    GBN continued to work with **************** to attempt to resolve the Wireless speed issues that continued to report, up to the point where *************** decided to cancel his service with GBN on 6/16/2024. 

    Mr. ******* cancelation ticket was fully processed on 6/18/2024 and a complete refund was issued for the amount of $282.96, which was the amount of funds that **************** had paid to GBN over the course of his service with us, starting from 3/6/2024 and ending on 6/18/2024.

    **************** no longer has service with GigabitNow Indiana and has already been issued a full refund.
