    I was hired by Bloom Insurance Agency 6/21/21 as an Advisor Trainee. My start date was supposed to be7/6/21 then I never received further communication from the company. 6/6/23 I found out through my doctors office that this company has active health insurance for me. After further digging I found out through speaking with ADP and United Healthcare that the insurance is active and currently being used with my full name, social security number, and current address. I never worked for this company let alone signed up for any benefits so this is very concerning. When I attempt to contact them, I dont receive any response.

    We appreciate the opportunity to address the complaint filed by ***** concerning her employment offer and an insurance premium charge. After conducting a thorough internal investigation, we have found that the allegations in the complaint are not consistent with the sequence of events as they occurred.

    Based on our review, ***** did not complete the required paperwork, nor did she respond to multiple attempts at contact to discuss her start date or ongoing interest in the position. As a result, they did not begin employment with Bloom and therefore was not invited to sign up for benefits.  In addition, Bloom has never provided insurance coverage through United Healthcare Insurance.

    Please let us know if you require any further information or clarification in this matter, and would be open to working with ***** on this matter. We take complaints seriously and are committed to resolving this fairly and in line with best practices.
