      ***** absolutely blindsided me, leaving me without movers two days before my move, on the last day of my rent. Signed a contract, asked multiple times if it was confirmed, even emailed, and was told I had to confirm "one last time." Zero follow-up from the guy. I have literally never had such a terrible experience with a company. These guys are not professional. I still have no idea what I am going to do now that I have to move in two days. I guess I'll be carrying boxes and furniture myself somehow. Thanks for making what was supposed to be a simple and easy move into h*** for me.

      Movers caused a lot of damage in my apartment building hallways moving out my couch. Tried to call the Two Men and a ***** office supervisor; got the run around-no answer, wouldnt return calls/texts, and wouldnt pay for the damages. Had to pay $800 out of pocket to get it fixed plus $300 more than quoted which included the time it took them to make all the damage.

      We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. This move was completed over a year ago in May 2023. However, we believe the issue has already been resolved. After investigating the damage claims, we reached a settlement agreement with the apartment complex owner in May 2023. The agreed-upon amount was $400, which was paid in June 2023.We understand ************** may still have concerns, but we suggest addressing any disputed amounts directly with the apartment complex, as they were a party to the settlement. We have fulfilled our obligations and are confident that the matter was handled fairly.Thank you for your understanding.
