    It is completely unfair to lose money because life happens to people. I spent a lot of money on photo ops and they should give refunds to people who this happens to, if something happens that is out of your control and you cant make the show? You should get a refund.

    Horrible customer service. The owner ***** is rude. He refused a refund for an add on to a photo op after a celebrity cancelled. The only reason we were attending the show. So we also cancelled. No issue getting a refund for the show or the actual photo op. But the add on, an $18 dollar digital print was a different story. He would not show where it specifically stated that add ons would not be refunded in the terms of service. He told me I pick and choose what to read. I again asked to be shown specifically where it was stated. If I agreed to it then fine but I could find no place in the terms of service where the add ons were not refundable due to a cell cancellation. He never showed me where it said that and refunded me. I have passed the world to many friends about how he treats customers.

    I am sorry but I do not see any correspondence with this person in our emails using either their email address or name, nor do I recall dealing with this person. A specific event is not mentioned in their comment but normally, the terms of service states any refund policies.
