    1. Charged for work not done 2. Unauthorized bank account withdrawal (July 17 was no longer set up on automatic payment yet July 23rd an auto deduction was initiated by Orkin) 3. Cement from drilled holes during termite treatment mixed with water in attempt to clean porch resulted in dried cement on my entry door, vinyl siding & a mess of muddy like cement that stained our front porch floor 4. Technician argued with me regarding the mess he left repeatedly asking what I was talking about. He stated his boss doesnt give him equipment to clean up very good. 5. There was no termite treatment on back side of property There is a 10 deck & no signs of any work being done or holes drilled 1B. Showed up unannounced for bimonthly pest control 2B. Treated half of the exterior (no access to rear of property since we were not home) 3B. No treatment inside home 4B. Accounts recievable was told of these issues. **** my termite sales rep was told of the lack of termite treatment issues. No action was taken to complete the job, no one has contacted me or attempted to rectify & complete treatment. 5B. After this horrible experience, I want the job completed & I do not want the same termite applicator tech back on my ************ want an appointment scheduked & confirmation in advance of the applicators arrival 6B. I want any & all unauthorized or authorized financial information of ours removed & deleted from Orkin record keeping We have not authorized auto deduction as of July 17, 2023 6. I Just recieved a $93 bill for work not done on the back & interior of our home (2nd time weve been billed for work not done)7. I dont want this company back on my property. It looks like small claims court is best next steps.
