    On 11/25/24, I purchased an EZ-Crank crank, order number 2963 for $49.99 via their web site (************). This purchase was intended to be a gift for our son. The product was received on 12/4/24 and given as a gift on 12/5/24. Shortly thereafter, our son let us know that the product did not work as he envisioned. He specifically requested this product, but realized upon receipt that it did not add value to the way in which he used his trailer. So, he requested that I return it.On 12/9/ 24, I first attempted to return the product by reaching out to EZ-Crank via their web site email address (*****************************). I never received a reply to the message.A second attempt to reach out via email to ***************************** was initiated on 12/16/24. I never received a reply.On 12/31/24, I reached out to the BBB for assistance as I could not find a phone number, Their research also failed to find a number, but they did find another email address: ********************************** I sent my 3rd message to this email address on 12/31/24, but have yet to receive a reply. I am looking to return the product an receive a full refund.

    Hello,

    We received one email on December 16, 2024 from ******** *******, that was missed during the holiday season. While this was our error, we did only receive one email from ******** *******, the others were not delivered to us. As for our shipping and return policies, the link below provides information on how to return a EZ-Crank product, which will initiate a refund automatically when we receive. After receiving the letter, we noted that ******** did not receive a response to his original email, which was our error and we responded earlier today about how to resolve this issue. We would be happy to refund ********** order when we receive his return in the mail. Listed below is the link to our shipping and return policy. Thank you!

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ******** and find that this response/resolution is tentatively satisfactory to me as this reply. 

    I am conditionally accepting resolution and will fully accept resolution upon the full refund of the product when a credit is posted to the credit card that was used to purchase it.

    Note that the product was delivered to *** today for shipment to Ez-Crank.
