    On the 27th of November of this year **************************** of ******** **. Took 35 dollars out of my account and I did not authorize it. They said I should have cancelled it ahead of time but I didn&#**;t even know they were taking it out or when. It only left me 11 dollars in the bank and I am suppose to keep 35 dollars at all times. It cost me 35 dollars overdraft fee.

    Good afternoon, ************************* signed up for a monthly reoccurring charge at our Dicky's Car Wash location in ******** on 8/27/23. ****************** signed up for our Manager promotion which was $10.00 each month for the first 3 months and full price thereafter as advertised. Her first full price month was on 11/27/23 for the amount of $35.00. I have attached her receipts showing that it was a monthly reoccurring charge she agreed to and utilized. ****************** cancelled on the day she was recharged. Our policy states on our website that we need to receive a 7 day notice for cancellation in order to process and no refunds will be given when discontinuing. ****************** also utilized the wash on 12/07/23, transaction of the wash attached, after she was charged on 11/27/23. The wash she received on 12/07/23 is the total value of $35.00. For those reasons ****************** will not be refunded and her account has been discontinued. We apologize for her negative experience.
