    I decided to get a gym membership at anytime fitness so I went in and waited probably 30 minutes before *** came to see what I needed. I ended up getting the personal trainer package because I wanted that push to be healthy again from my understanding the normal membership was 18 something a month and for the trainer package was 60 something a month with the military discount if I used my bank routing info so thats the option I chose I paid 120 for the dues and one time fee and got set up then somewhere on their end had non stop problems after that with the payment and it not processing or something I had to go through *** who was the trainer at the time she said she didnt know how to fix it and that the manager had to do it and she would contact him this issue happened for an entire month or more and never was resolved until one day 300 comes out of my account and ** told that its a biweekly payment of 68 not monthly that was not my understanding iv tried messaging and contacting the manager with no luck u call the gym nobody answers there is just no customer service at all I was then told by *** that she was leaving and the new trainer only does mornings which I cant do because of my job and there has not been much training going on outside of the hour I get that I paid for. Im disappointed because there is not much of a base for new people coming in and I dont feel like they were honest about prices and what you actually got with the package you were buying. I have yet to be contacted or have my issue resolved and Id prefer to just take my business somewhere else. The whole experience has made me just that much more afraid of trying to go to a gym again. The only thing I know about the manager is his name is **** and thats from *** before she left. I assumed by anytime they would be available to train anytime thats not the case and I cant justify paying that much for training I cant even get to or have gotten an accurate price on. Thank you

    In reference to the above, I am attaching our review of this member's history and our attempts at helping him out with his issues.  His biweekly dues of $64.37 was to begin on 8-2-22.  None of his auto withdraws went through due to insufficient funds until 9-14-22 when the amount of 4 past due payments was withdrawn by *** Business Center.  Along the way the club called *** and waived all of the insufficient fees.  As you can see from the attachment the staff at the club tried many times to contact ******************** and resolve his non-payment issues and his training schedule.
