      We went through all of our online orders off of amazon and I do not see any that have not been delivered. I did have one package that UPS lost, and we issued a full refund. We also communicated through amazon messenger with the customer. Unfortunately, amazon does not allow us to provide a phone number or personal email address. They want the customer to communicate with us through amazon messenger so that they can see what is going on and make sure that the customer is being taken care of. I am so sorry about your package. If you have any questions, please contact us through amazon messenger.

      The business was eventually able to correct their shipping mistake and get the product delivered to its correct location. I am satisfied that they were able to remedy the error. The concern is the inability to get in contact by phone when a problem arises.
