  I called Kinetics escavating because I had a water leak inside the house. They came out and determined it was a clogged pipe and suggested a roto rooting of the sewage pipe. I paid $400 for that process but was never told of the risks of damage from this procedure. They did the job and left without checking to be sure no part of the sewage pipe was damaged. Being professional plumbers they should know that on an old house damage to the sewage pipes is possible with a roto rooter. They left and for almost two months my sewage pipe in the crawl space was broken by their machine, leaking sewage onto my crawl space. I noticed the leak because my internet service providers came out to do a job and went to the crawl space and saw it. I immediately called kinetics excavating and told them of the damage, they came out the next day and took a look and said they would patch it up. They patched it up and then told me it wasnt a bad leak that there was only a little water under there. They charged me $175 for the service call to repair a damage they caused in the first place. I paid it and they left, I went into my crawl space only to find that there was an larg pool of sewage all over the crawl space area. The fumes and odors invaded my home where my family and children are.! Im extremely disappointed on the greed and lack consideration the so called professionals showed me. Now I have to spend hundreds more to have this sewage cleaned out of my crawl space so my family is safe. Im considering filling a court suit.

  Response to this complaint. After first doing work with customer we were given a 5 star review and told the customer he was still going to have issues and a price was given for said repairs. After this he said we didn't fix all the problems. We only fixed what problems he reported and we gave him a price to fix other repairs which he did not like. Instead of reaching out to us to find a resolution he filed a complaint with the BBB. I tried to reach out to customer but he would not take our call. His under the house piping is held together with zip ties and duct tape(pictures can be provided, we document all of our jobs). It will continue to leak until the issues are resolved. We take pride in our work and will work with any customer on a resolution but only if they are wiling to work with us. We have never had an issue before and we have 140 plus 5 star reviews. We take pride in our customer service and quality of work but we can not work for free just because someone does not like our price.
