  A deer jumped on top of my two year old car. They replaced the hood, grill, side panel, windshield, and a few other things. When I got the car back, the alignment of the front end pieces was so off I could fit my fingers down in the hood on one side and the other side was rubbing against the panel rubbing the paint off. The paint job was so bad! The paint was chipping off in areas, there were bubbles, and i could feel and see dirt or sand in places under the paint. There was also a crack in the side skirt that was not there. I took it back two times and it was never fixed. The owner said to my face, Your car was wrecked and u want it to look brand new but we cant do that. We did the best we could! Now, just 6 months later, I have multiple spots on grille, panel, and hood where the paint is chipping and peeling right off. So disappointed!

  These backyard mechanics took my $20,000 GMC pick up truck and turned it into a $1000 yard ornament. It went in for head gaskets 3 1/2 months later I get it back blown up. I paid him $4600 and they were nothing but rude. They lied And they stole from me! **** is very unprofessional, the owner and ******* the general manager is just as unprofessional. I wouldnt trust them to work on my bicycle so if you want ripped off come here, all the TMTs are the same.

  I have been a customer of TMT for several years now and have appreciated the level of attention to detail and the quality of service. They have consistently communicated options and whether a service "could be put off" until another time. I have had a full line of services across 3 vehicles now and have had no issues. I also appreciated their recommendation about snow tires over the years.

  Don't ever use this place ?? Gave me back my van with burnt out coils to engine and air/heat problems from them trying to run my air when so hot out and wanna charge me and say it's all my fault after ***** there told me they didn't do it on purpose. I just got bill for $7,200 worth of work done there and gave me a vehicle that don't even run and blame it all on me ?? I just catch a break and wanna just give up as I don't know how a company can do this to a person. Im a single mom with 4 kids now trying to work multiple jobs to pay for this with no vehicle and bill for $7,200 for nothing ????Plus the ***************** had the nerve to laugh on the phone with me when I'm crying and frustrated with it all aster saying they didn't mean to do it, so asked to talked to manager after that, but all I got was attitude and no help at all. Definitely don't recommend anyone there especially any person that don't understand stuff as they'll lie to you, take your money, and laugh at you. I'm glad I believe in karma as this is just so messed up, I would never expect this from an actual business. You get better service off the street :( plus block my reviews about their bad experiences and I'm sure others they screwed overPlus the ***************** had the nerve to laugh on the phone with me when I'm crying and frustrated with it all aster saying they didn't mean to do it, so asked to talked to manager after that, but all I got was attitude and no help at all.
