  On December 2022 I had a project to renavate a upstair attic room by expanding the walls i paid upfront $3500 for something i was told it would only take 2 weeks For the initial to start 1st -3 month waiting on permits and Engeeniering 4month the walls were demolished 5,6 month i would repeatedly get send people that were unexpiced like kids to put on insulation that would only bull s*** in out of the house 7,8 month different person would come to soppose work 9,10 month i was getting frustrated and irritated becouse i gave him money and were not getting anyware i was giving them more than enough time already to come up and turn this thing around i would constantly get told ******* his employes would quit on blc and they would leave up until the 10month his cousin did most of the paneling making 45 % complete few weeks later disapear 10 months flew by i dont ever think a project on a company that dedicate them self could not complete i was loosing more and more patience i reach to *************************** who is the owner almost everyweek he would come every other day for 2 hours u til we reach the 11 month he told us that if we could buy material , we our frustration thinking he would finally finelized this project we were wrong he spend **** wort of material and tools he would go to lowes and buy stuff with our credit card over the phone we never got to see all that material On the 12th month he breach the contract by sending us a text message that he would not finish the job only compliting 50% of it the closets were not done the paneling not done on the closets big gaps still needing to be close up wring just hanging uncomplicated carpet installation i dont know why anyone would put patting on the floor before finishing all the work thats something that would be last patting is ruin and dirty most debri still sitting up there i have to respend know money for materials and labor from different person i fell like i should be entitled for a refunded amount of money

  On March 3 and on March 10, 2023 as mutually agreed , I remitted payments to Blue Ladder Construction, *******, ******* totaling $2,000 for the construction of cabinets for my bathroom. I learned that they were to be made by Country Corner Wood in Middlebury, IN. However, that as of June no progress has been started on the task. I called Country Corner Wood when Blue Ladder was no longer responding to me and I was saddened that Country Wood has not started the cabinets due to non-remittance of a deposit by Blue Ladder Construction. I have attempts to correspond with Blue Ladder by Text and email and he (*******************************) has stopped corresponding to me. I have my agreement, canceled checks and printed emails and texts to prove my side. I would like to resolve this asap. But mostly, I don't want ******************************* to take any one's money ever again and do absolutely NO WORK!
