      I purchased a new Stealth Trailer from **********. I picked it up and it looked good. The first rainfall it leaked. I do not want a faulty product that was made so it leaks. They want to replace damaged walls but I do not want a trailer that is built to leak and want all my money back. I do not trust their workmanship and want and paid for a brand new one that does not leak. That's obviously Not a Stealth Trailer. I want them to take it back and give me all my money back please. It cost ****** and so far I paid three thousand up front that I want back.

      We purchased an RV from Stealth trailers Our awning broke the first time used We filed for warranty coverage - claim was denied - we were told verbally. Never received anything in writing or an ability to appeal. All communication attempts have been ignored

      In regards to the complaint filed by *******************************, when she experienced the problem with her awning she reached out to her dealer which is our procedure for obtaining warranty coverage.  The claim was received on December 5, 2022 and was denied by the previous manager of the ******************* with a note written in the file that claim was denied due to what appeared to be wind damage. Description of the issue was that the awning arm twisted and caused the awning to come down.  Pictures provided also showed the arm as being bent.  This did not appear to be caused by our installation of the awning itself.  The Stealth warranty covers the installation of the awnings only.  Any other defect or issue with the awning is to reported to the manufacturer of the awning for their own warranty coverage on their product. We also do not send out any kind of formal notification.  We reply to our dealers, not retail customers, as this is our process and they were given the reason for denial thru an email with the submitted claim form.   

      ****************** reached out to our warranty department on February 28, 2023 requesting the formal notification on this claim.  Unfortunately, due to employee shortages, we were unable to pull the file and respond to ****************** until June 6, 2023.  At that time, ****************** was sent an email stating what the notes were in the file for her claim.  It was also recommended that she contact ******* Components, the manufacturer of the awning product, to see if their warranty process would cover the claim.  She was provided with the email address to contact them as well. 

      As of this date, we have had no further contact from *******************

      For the record, this is our eighth camper we have owned over the course of 20 years. We know the drill and have many experiences with manufacturers. Never have we been treated this bad before Stealth.Purchased our 2020 24' FB in March of 2020. First noticed massive water leak around rear window in Jan 2021. Went round and round with them for months! Horrible communication and follow through with their warranty department! Finally got a check in the mail for labor costs but never received any materials. We couldnt wait any longer and began the repairs, FYI we are a registered repair shop. Holy C*** did we literally open Pandora's ******* construction, fit and finish and lack of craftsmanship was appalling! Every window and door entry leaked and had voids in sealant! Throughout the whole unit, multiple fasteners were missing! The freshwater vent hose kinked and blew floor apart! The bathroom plumbing leaked. The roof was not properly reinforced for the Air Conditioner weight and almost fell through! And the list goes on and on. We have tried working with Stealth and was just passed on from one person to the next. I have a documented timeline verifying everything and how they totally dropped the ball in this disaster and yet they have the **** to tell us they will not cover their absolutely horrible construction of this unit
