    called to get another down spout put in considering I only had 2 put in by him on the same side of the house 5 feet apart. he said he would do it the day he went out to look at it. didnt show, claimed he had to get ready to host 98 people for a golf tournament for that weekend so he would have his guys come out Friday. during that call I asked if they could adjust the gutters on the front of the house because I have sitting water so no water was able to get to the down spouts. he agreed he would have his guys fix it. here it is 4/10/25 exactly a week since he said he would be out and hasnt called me back since Thursday. I left a message Friday, Monday, and 2 Tuesday. I understand running a business can be busy but dont claim to fix something and never get back with me.

    I had gutters installed by this company 2 yrs ago. Best decision I made. They were professional.. installed on my **** Victorian 3 story house in about a half of a day. These gutters look as good as the day they were installed. I did purchase the gutter leaf guards and I'm so happy I did. No more cleaning out gutters!!. I highly recommend this company they did a great job at a very reasonable price.
