      If I could give zero stars, I would. **** and ***** (husband and wife) remodeled a bathroom in my home. The tile on the walls of the shower, when cut, has jagged edges. The caulk around the shower basin is horrible!. The entry to the crawl space was left open on two occasions. Outdoor water source was left on. Used tampons in bathroom garbage was left visible (not wrapped up). Lied about metal strip that separates floor types. I questioned there being two pieces of metal; ***** stated it was only one. I asked that it be changed due to dents in the metal. After it was changed the previous pieces (yes, two pieces) were in my garbage. I will NEVER use this company again!

      First off thanks for the review. However, this work was done over a year ago and the work was paid for in full with no complaints until now. The tile was what you picked. All tiles won't be cut perfect and that was explained to you in the beginning. The caulk around the shower base was perfectly fine and looked great. The crawl space door was never left open nor was your water ever left on. As far as the tampons, yes there was a female there and she threw all her stuff in the contractor bags not in your trash can. The "metal strip" is called a transition piece and it's one piece of metal not 2 and the original one was dented, and we replaced it for you and did in fact leave the old one in your trash can to show you that we didn't take it back to the store to return it for money. I think if you had any issues, they should've been brought to our attention immediately and not 14 months later. You not once called, texted, or emailed to see how we could fix this but came to the BBB over a year later.

      This 'company' did a remodel on my master bathroom in August of 2022. Disappointment doesn't begin to describe my feelings. Tile on the wall has chips where cut; Ryan blamed the saw or the blade. Caulking around the shower basin looks like a two year old did it; very poorly done. Left the opening to my crawl space open on two occasions. Wife left used, unwrapped tampons in my bathroom trash can (visible to anyone who walked in). Left my out door faucet running two times. Turned down my A/C to 60 and didn't reset it (I don't mind if they needed to turn it down, but at least put it back where it was before you leave).
